There is plugin actually that will optimize your post slug but hey you can do it your self too.

Let say your Title Name is “I love to blog every day for money” So your post slug would be something like “I-love-to-blog-every-day-for-money” take words out ” I, We, for, why, to, or, you” those words are not searchable UNLESS people place “Search keyword” in apostrophes. So just change it to “Blog-Every-Day-Money”

I am not saying you should do it, but for search engine sometimes it is better, when you customize your post slug.
