Some bloggers don’t mind that readers  see their affiliate program link, but some of them do.

I haven’t experienced much with link loaker but what it does it will hide the link and everything from your page simply by adding small html code.

Here is what i found from “add me”

Link Cloaker helps you hide your affiliate program link from your visitors. If it’s too obvious that your link is an affiliate link, people might not click on it or they might go straight to the main url of the link. This means you will not receive a commission from these users eventhough you were the one who refered them. To solve this problem you can cloak your link; the link will point to the same url, but the status bar will not show that url to your visitors.

To cloak your affiliate link, just fill out the form below with your link information and press the button. We will generate that code for you. All you will have to do is copy and paste the code into your page.

Thanks for the tip and link. I’ll check it out :) Btw, this option is not bad for SEO? Ummm I think that no, especially with right keywords but then again - i’m not a SEO expert :(

Oh, I forgot to add - isn’t there any good way how to hide links manually? I mean something like creating special file with redirections… or something like that..

Inga yes you can hide links manually well with html code. Now that is bad for SEO, because google does not like that and I seen instances where pages get banned from google as well.

The option to hide particular link url that is fine, because you can still click on the link but you can not see where you are going to be redirected.

Great questions! Ill check your blog/site later
How did you find bontb?

Hi

I use a header redirect system, I create a php file for each link I want to hide with the following:

then link to that file in your blog post (or where ever) rather than linking direct to the affiliate link

i.e. http://www.yoursite.com/links/tradedoubler.php
