In this post you will find top 10 websites that new blogger should know about, I use them almost daily except alexa there is really nothing to do. What I hate by alexa is that is reporting false blog statistics.

Technorati - website that gathers all the bloggers together, you can get traffic from it by displaying your blog, and gives you also ranking (Authority).

Stumbleupon - First time bloggers could get up to 15K visitors from 1 stumble!!! This website is good to talk to other bloggers and also find resources for your own blog

Google Analytics - There is no better monitoring tool then google analytics its perfect tool for bloggers to monitor day to day activities

Alexa - Alexa is in other word search engine but it is also good place to monitor traffic from other bloggers and also to gain some traffic from.

MyBlogLog - This website is mostly for bloggers, you can create your own blog community and join others as well. Gives you some option to monitor your blog and also good advertising tool for your blog as well.

BlogCatalog - Similar website to mybloglog with some more features

ProBlogger - One of the most famous bloggers that helps other bloggers how what and where, similar blog to mine just little bit better? Just little bit! :)

Digg - Digg is good to submit your pos, if your blog ends up on front page your blog will receive a lot of traffic.

Feedburner - RSS Feed galaxy what that’s what feedburner is, you got to subscribe to feedburner and your reeders will be very happy with it.

Horaayy..there are 7 comment(s) for me so far ;)

These are the very basics for new bloggers. Nice list.
I´m not sure about first time bloggers getting 15k visitors from Stumbleupon. Although it´s possible to get this traffic, I doubt that someone “new” at blogging could get so much as you have to build up your network of friedns first which takes a pretty while.

That’s a good list for the novice blogger, maybe except for TNX. It took me a while to figure these out when I got started.

I’ve stumbled this one for you, BTW.

I think with Stumbleupon it’s more a case of *who* stumbles a post rather than *what* gets stumbled. Stumblers with big kudos will generate a lot of traffic while newer stumblers may not… unless a post is especially exceptional and it gets stumbled a few times.
