@AdTracker: Easy, page rank goes around and sniffs for websites/blogs every 3 months or more, sites with PR5 let say got parked 5 days ago, you buy it, and have about 3 months time to get back on that PR5 or you could get let say PR3 worst case scenario.

Easy way to get money from such sites is and not to do anything is:
Setup wordpress, get some wordpress agreggator, place some good full time feeds and eventually you will have 2000-3000 posts per month
and that will get you to PR6 even

Yes I subscribed but I wish you would make it a “full feed” instead of partial. To be honest, I don’t usually subscribe to partials.
@ad tracker: I turned off full feeds because many people used my rss feeds and created blogs using my blog feeds
