Thanks @ those who agreed with me. I really like the concept of Amazon’s kindle as I’m all for digitized reading. Hope it saves a few tree from being cut to produce papers.

I agree with Xel. Books will give you the “full picture” or depth, while googling the topic will give you breadth.

I always like to use books as a starting point when researching new topics.

When I look for info, first thing I do is google it. The problem with websites and blogs is usually they contain bits and pieces. Books usually are great for topics where you need complete info on.

The other benefit of reading books, is that it is not duplicate content, that you will already have found on the net. Books are still a very valuable source, that alot of people often forget about.

thats really true… i see succesful people oftentimes twit that they are reading some books…

maybe they won’t really want to lose the “coolness” LOL
