I realized last night after watching movie The Mist by Steven Spielberg, that I was watching the movie as “blogger”. I know it sounds weird but listen to this…
Movie is about small town of people which up in mountains Army was preparing some Secret Project. Project went bad and aliens from other side got into the town start killing people.
As blogger I was observing 3 characters in the movie the black guy Andre Braugher , white guy Thomas Jane (btw he has funny last name) and this white female Marcia Gay Harden.
At the end it got me thinking, if I have today 5 followers of my blog by tomorrow I might have 50 by end of this year I could have 50.000 all I really have to do is make people believe in me for what I am saying. That might sound stupid, because in the movie people follow lady that was crazy and nearly killed half of the market store.
What I am trying to say is, if you had few other bloggers, friends or regular users believe in you and your blog, they will tell other people about you and your blog this way you are building small army of traffic if you know what I mean?
So if you feel there is some strong connection that you have with another person, work on them , socialize with them more.
I know many bloggers are waiting to get featured on popular blogs by popular bloggers yet you can just count the days when that “can” happen or might never happen.
Well that’s my story for today from watching the movie “The Mist”

Horaayy..there are 8 comment(s) for me so far ;)
That is quite an interesting blogging analogy you have drawn with the film, which incidentally is on my To-watch list. I try to watch every film that Steven Spielberg makes.
whew, you really have related it greatly…
I watched The Mist, too. Spielberg is my favourite.
@Melvin: Thank you melvin. Appreciate your comment.
@Forumistan: Spielberg is my fav too
I like Spielberg, but I didn’t think the movie was good.
Interesting conclusion. I also get inspiration from watching movies like that.
Surely Marcia has a more amusing name, although being called Mr Jane must be annoying. And to think most actors choose their own stage names.
