My best intrepetation and advice is to charge $1 per 1000 Page Views 100.000 Pageviews =$100

I think at the end you should first think what is the topic you are writing about and how much value are you bringing to your advertisers. I for example charge less for advertisers that write about technology because from time to time they also link back. Than also you should consider that how valuable your content is, you could build autoblog and get 150.000 page views but that does not mean your audience is clicking on advertising links example: ToyotaCrazy in such cases best thing to do is just go with adsense let them figure how much you get paid

This next trick I am going to show you is something that worked for me all the time. To be number one on google for Top Keywords!.

It really does not matter if you are new to blogging and what page rank you have all you really need is focus on Top Keywords and blogs that rank number one for keywords like example: “Make Money Online” or “Best Technology Blogs”

This is what I would like you to do!

Do research which blog is number 1 for keyword you are looking for. Then go to that blog and leave comment in way you don’t sound like spammer yet you want to draw traffic from that blog to your blog (blog post).

If you notice also that blog is accepting Post Trackbacks write a GOOD blog post on your blog and link to that blog post which is ranking No.1 for specific keyword.
This trick worked for me each time, I would get at least 500 visitors each month from each blog that rank number one.

So it really does not matter if you rank 12403 for keyword like “make money online” because your comment or Trackback is going to give you pretty much good exposure to people, that were interested in that keyword.

Great way to start gaining traffic and popularity in 2009  is by Importing Blog Feeds to Social Networks such as Twitter, Social Median, Facebook and more.  By adding your blog feeds to social networks your blog posts can be read by millions of others but that all depends also what you write about and how popular you are.

Here are few examples you can try and see the differences in your traffic in next 24-48 hr’s

Go to Twitter Feed login and the rest it’s self explanatory:

• Import RSS Feeds.  Set blog rss feed to be tweeted on your twitter account every 30minutes  to 1h.  Or once per day, this all depends on how often do you write on your blog.

As I mentioned in few of my previous blog posts that I visit many many blogs per day sometimes even 200 if I have time. That does not mean I read everything sometimes I stay for 10sec sometimes for 1 minute but if the article(s) are good I stay as long as I have something good to read. And this week I stumble upon blog that caught my eye and I just could NOT click off from it.  Blog name  EduBook at first I thought its some kind of E-Book site but then I found out it’s more of a educational blog in every single category you could imagine. First thing I read was the 5 posts about Make Money Online I read that just because that is what I do right?

The only thing this simple blog with very gentle look did not have is About page, I was so interested reading that after I was finished I wanted to find out more about authors and who the founder is yet I was not able to find it.

So anyways blogs like this should be rewarded for great content they provide and simplicity of navigation. I mean just checkout their Categories how they are setup, loving it!

What does this tell you?

Great content will catch your audience attention, the better content it is the more loyal visitors you will get and on top of that they will stay longer on your site because they are interested in your writing and content.

Oh and if you are visiting Edu Book please don’t forget to visit their Business section that was my favorite one!

Here are top five things to look for in a Search Engine Position program as well as Search Engine Optimization:

1. SE Optimization (SEO) – The pages on your site are checked for the

ideal, some Top 20 rankings are realistic.

4. Inclusion in select pay for inclusion SE indexes and directories –
Inclusions in fee based can be useful if you want to target specific
search engines or directories like Looksmart and Yahoo! Depending on
your budget, you may want to purchase inclusion right away or hold off
until the other Search Engines pick you up first. Your SEO consultant
should provide the option to help you get into fee-based inclusions,
and be able to explain the benefits and differences of each one.

5. Submission to key SE directories – To rank well on Google and in
turn, Yahoo! web pages, you need to be listed in the Open Directory
Project directory. Directories like ODP are human edited and depending
on the category, it can take from 3 weeks to 2 months to get accepted.

This post might help you realize sometimes money isn’t everything! Not even if you are popular on Twitter as Problogger . Many Spammers now days are hitting high profiles on Twitter to do some dirty money-favor exchange.

There is two parts to this topic

• It can hurt your reputation
• You make money and live happily ever after

It Can Hurt Your Reputation

If you are somebody who has high profile on Twitter let say 5.000 followers and more, you probably are going to be targeted person by spammers. They will ask you to advertise for them via tweets and in exchange you will get money.  First of all ask your self, is this something I would tweet if “spammer” wouldn’t ask me? Is tweet you are asked to write too spamish ? If your answer to all questions is Yes just skip the whole BS and read “You Make Money And Live Happily Ever After”.

If your answer is NO, my advise to you is to stop look like Pig with $ $ sign eyes. Remember that sooner or later one of your followers will find out who the spammer is, they might even write about it and then what? Your twitter reputation is over, your blog reputation is over. Ok maybe not over, but many of people will un-follow you and think of you as somebody that has money and is just greedy. Oh and such people are most likely banned from Twitter or their accounts are suspended.

If you chose to make money you better hide that very good. That’s all I can say. I would feel guilty and considered my self spammer.  Well at least you make money and live happily ever after….

Keywords?

Nobody will tell you how to really target or build traffic with keywords, well I wil!

Focus on one keyword per day! How? Let say you want to focus on keyword called : Ipod Touch

Write that day 2-5 posts about Ipod Touch , most important is your Topic and Your description. In description mention Ipod Touch twice.

Example:

Topic: Top 10 Ipod Touch Applications

Description: Here are some of the best Ipod Touch Applications. The list below of the Top 10 Ipod Touch Applications is from……

Whats next?

Focus on another keyword and do the same thing as I explained above. Also I want you to be aware: DO NOT, I REPEAT! DO NOT use HIGH END Keywords like MAKE MONEY ONLINE because those keywords are hard to hit and you probably have 1 chance out of Billion to become no.1 source for that keyword.

Instead use use keywords that are similar and with 20 keywords like that you will achieve same thing as with “Make Money Online”.

What else?

Don’t forget to download All in One SEO Pack plugin for wordpress. If you are using blogger , make sure that you strip-out unneeded code. Have somebody help you!
